REVIVE EVENTS LLC, RETURN AND REFUND

TICKET REFUND POLICY:  All ticket sales are final. 

MERCHANDISE RETURN/REFUND POLICY: All merchandise sales are final unless the item was received damaged or defective.  If you receive an item damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for your inconvenience.  Under these circumstances, please email us at course@revive-today.com. Include your name, shipping address, telephone number, date received, item received, order number, and any other identifying information regarding the item. Include a description of the damage of defective elements of the item. A representative will contact you to provide detailed instructions and options for your return and/or refund. 

Cancellation Policy for Course Payment Plans

Payment Plans for The Course

Once you activate a payment plan for The Course, you agree to complete all scheduled payments until the total course cost of $3,250 has been paid in full. Once the total balance is collected, your payments will automatically stop.

Please note that payment plans cannot be canceled once they begin. By starting a payment plan, you commit to fulfilling the entire agreed-upon amount.

If you experience any issues, would like to adjust the frequency of your payments, or prefer to pay your remaining balance in full, please contact our support team at courses@revive-today.com. We’re happy to review and accommodate individual requests whenever possible.
